斯柯达集团已收购拉脱维亚企业 SIA L-Ekspresis 36% 股份，后者专注铁路车辆维保、维修、翻新与现代化改造。

Š koda Group has acquired a 36% stake in the Latvian company SIA L-Ekspresis, which specialises in the maintenance, servicing, repair and modernisation of railway vehicles. In addition, Š koda Group has a call option to acquire the remaining 64% stake in L-Ekspresis by the end of 2028. The investment is in line with Š koda Group ’ s strategy to further develop its long-term service business and strengthen its local presence in the markets where it operates.
