Tesla Motors and NVIDIA fell 1% in overnight trading.

Gold prices rose on Monday as an uncertain economic outlook drove up safe-haven demand ahead of this week ’ s Federal Reserve rate decision.

Spot gold gained 1.3% to $3,377 by 10:00 p.m. ET, erasing most of its losses from the previous week.
