此前英特尔首席执行官 Lip-Bu Tan(陈立武)在给股东的 2024 年年度报告中,确认了 2026 年英特尔将推出 Nova Lake。其中桌面平台上 Nova Lake-S 将取代现有的 Arrow Lake-S 设计,采用了新的 LGA 1954 插座。
据 VideoCardz报道,最近有关 Nova Lake-S 的消息越来越多,这意味着设计已接近完成。其采用了基于 Tile 的设计,P-Core 和 E-Core 将分别升级至 Coyote Cove 和 Arctic Wolf 架构,并辅以 LP E-Core 用于后台任务管理。

Nova Lake-S 将支持 DDR5-8000 内存,预计 CPU+ 芯片组共提供 32 条 PCIe 5.0 通道和 16 条 PCIe 4.0 通道。从低端的 Core Ultra 3 到旗舰的 Core Ultra 9,都会拥有 4 个 LP E-Core,这表面 Nova Lake-S 采用了类似于 Meteor Lake 的封装方式。
按照之前的说法,Nova Lake-S 将配备 Xe3 架构核显,也就是基于 Celestial 设计,但是显示和媒体引擎上会更进一步,可能是基于更为先进的 Xe4 架构,即 Celestial 之后的 Druid。Celestial 会有面向独立显卡的 Xe3-HPG 架构,以及面向核显的 Xe3-LPG 架构,其中 Xe3-LPG 架构会首先用在 Panther Lake。
