致所有关注石家庄超级草莓音乐节的乐迷朋友：

原定于 9 月 25 日在石家庄超级草莓音乐节演出的 TOMORA，因不可预见的原因，无法按原计划参演。

对于因此受到影响的乐迷朋友，我们深感遗憾，并向大家诚挚致歉。

现说明如下：

一、9 月 25 日其他乐队和音乐人的演出将正常进行，部分乐队演出时长有所增加，最新时间表即将公布。

二、针对已在官方售票平台购买 9 月 25 日场次和关联 9 月 25 日场次的通票场次购票观众，可在官方售票平台订单页面或通过联系平台客服申请退票，退票申请受理截止时间为：9 月 25 日上午 9:00，票款将于 7-10 个工作日通过原支付路径到账，请留意查收。

因 TOMORA 无法参演而决定不再入场的观众，请勿入场核销 9 月 25 日门票，并通过官方售票平台办理退票。更多退票细节，请留意平台公告和通知，或咨询平台客服处理。

To all fans following the Shijiazhuang Super Strawberry Music Festival:

TOMORA, originally scheduled to perform at the Shijiazhuang Super Strawberry Music Festival on September 25, will unfortunately be unable to perform as planned due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please see the following information:

1. All other bands and artists scheduled to perform on September 25 will perform as planned. The set times of some artists will be extended, and an updated schedule will be announced shortly.

2. Ticket holders who purchased September 25 tickets, or multi-day passes that include September 25, through official ticketing platforms may apply for a refund via the order page on the relevant platform or by contacting the platform ’ s customer service.

The deadline for refund requests is 9:00 AM on September 25. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days. Please allow time for the refund to be processed.

If you decide not to attend the festival due to TOMORA being unable to perform, please do not enter the venue or have your September 25 ticket scanned, and submit your refund request through the official ticketing platform.

For further details regarding refunds, please refer to announcements and notifications from the relevant ticketing platform or contact its customer service.
