4 月 27 日 0-24 时，无新增境外输入确诊病例。截至 4 月 27 日 24 时，累计报告境外输入确诊病例 22 例，出院病例 15 例，尚在院隔离治疗 7 例。

当日无新增本地确诊病例。截至 4 月 27 日 24 时，累计报告本地确诊病例 631 例，均已出院。

当日无新增无症状感染者，解除集中隔离和医学管理 1 例，尚在定点医院集中隔离和医学管理的无症状感染者 2 例，均为境外输入。

目前，追踪到确诊病例和无症状感染者的密切接触者 13637 人，已解除医学观察 13623 人，尚有 14 人正在接受医学观察。

专家提醒：当前疫情防控形势仍然复杂，要紧绷疫情防控常态化这根弦，始终保持警惕、严密防范。请来苏返苏人员自觉按照相关规定，如实履行健康申报、行程史填报等信息报告责任，并登录 " 苏康码 " 等平台进行健康申报。如有发热、咳嗽等症状，请尽快到定点发热门诊就诊，并主动告知前 2 周生活轨迹。

每个人是自己健康的第一责任人。要坚持良好卫生习惯，勤洗手、戴口罩、常通风，不随地吐痰、不乱倒垃圾，咳嗽、打喷嚏时用纸巾或肘袖遮掩口鼻。坚持健康生活方式，注重合理膳食、适量运动、戒烟限酒、心理平衡。建议仍应减少不必要的聚集和出行，保持适当的社交距离。

April 28 Update: No New Confirmed Case Reported in Jiangsu

Between 00:00 and 24:00, April 27, no new confirmed imported COVID-19 case was reported in Jiangsu. As of 24:00, April 27, 22 confirmed imported cases have been reported in Jiangsu, 15 of whom have been discharged from hospital and 7 were still under isolated treatment in hospital.

No new confirmed local case was reported on April 27. 631 confirmed local cases have been reported in Jiangsu cumulatively and all have been discharged from hospital as of 24:00, April 27.

On April 27, no new asymptomatic carrier was reported in the province, and 1 such case was released from centralized quarantine and medical supervision. 2 asymptomatic carriers, both of which were imported from overseas, were still under centralized quarantine and medical supervision at designated hospitals.

Of the traced 13,637 close contacts with the confirmed cases and asymptomatic carriers, 14 are still under medical quarantine and 13,623 have been released.

Experts note that we are still faced with a complex situation in fighting against the pandemic. We need to take prevention and control as regular work with high vigilance and tight precautions. All those who visit or return to Jiangsu should comply with relevant regulations, fulfill their responsibilities by truthfully declaring their health conditions and travel histories and make health declaration via "Jiangsu Health Code". They should seek treatment at designated fever clinics as soon as possible, if symptoms such as fever and cough occur, and report their whereabouts in the previous two weeks.

Everyone bears the primary responsibility for their own health. The public is advised to maintain good hygiene by washing hands and ventilating rooms frequently, wearing masks when going out, refraining from spitting or littering in public places, and using a tissue or the elbow to cover the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing. 4 月 27 日 0 時から24 時までの間、江蘇省で新型コロナウイルス肺炎 ( COVID-19 新規無症状感染者数はゼロである。1 人が集中隔離医学的観察から解除された一方、2 人が集中隔離医学的観察を受けていて、全員が海外からの流入症例であるという。

これまで江蘇省では13637 人の濃厚接触者が確認されたうち、13623 人が健康観察から解除された一方、14 人が医学的観察を受けているところだという。

専門家からの注意喚起は次の通りである。今現在、疫病の予防・抑制情勢が依然として複雑化する中、一貫して警戒し、厳密な予防と抑制対策を行い、疫病への予防と抑制意識を緩めることができない。江蘇省への渡航者は自主的に疫病予防と抑制の関連規制を厳守し、健康状況や旅行歴などの関連情報を如実に報告してください。「蘇康コード」などのプラットフォームに登録して健康状況を申告してください。発熱・空咳など症状が出た場合、直ちに指定発熱外来医療機関へ受診してくださる上、自主的に前の2 週間内のスケジュールを報告してください。

ご自身は自己健康の第一責任者であり、常に感染予防意識で良好な衛生習慣に心がけること。具体的には、こまめに手を洗い、科学的にマスクを着用し、部屋を常に換気し、痰唾の吐き捨てを禁じ、ごみを規制通りに出し、咳やくしゃみをする時はティッシュや肘の袖で鼻や口を覆ってください。健康意識を高め、良好な食習慣を身につけ、合理的な食生活と適度な運動量を確保すると同時に、喫煙を禁じ、酒の量を制限し、心身の健康バランスを保ち、日常生活には心の調和を取るようお願いする。不要不急な集会と外出を控え、人と接する時、距離を保ってください。
