现代快报讯（记者 卢河燕）为了让在苏外国友人及时了解最新疫情发展情况，江苏省外办联合现代快报，在中文疫情通报的基础上，推出英语、日语和韩语三个语种的疫情通报。今日通报如下 :

8 月 3 日 0-24 时，江苏新增本土确诊病例 35 例（南京市报告 3 例；扬州市报告 32 例，其中 2 例为无症状感染者转为确诊病例），17 例为轻型，18 例为普通型。当日新增境外输入确诊病例 3 例、境外输入无症状感染者 1 例。以上病例均在定点医院隔离治疗。

7 月 20 日至今，南京市累计报告本土确诊病例 223 例（轻型 78 例、普通型 143 例、重型 2 例）；扬州市累计报告本土确诊病例 126 例（轻型 43 例、普通型 79 例、重型 2 例、危重型 2 例）。

病例详情由相关设区市发布。

目前，在定点医院隔离治疗的确诊病例 382 例，其中本土确诊病例 362 例（轻型 122 例、普通型 234 例、重型 4 例、危重型 2 例）；在医学观察的无症状感染者 16 例，其中本土无症状感染者 3 例。

2020 年 1 月 22 日至 2021 年 8 月 3 日 24 时，全省累计报告新冠肺炎确诊病例 1126 例（其中境外输入 132 例）。

专家提醒：

当前疫情形势严峻复杂，防控不能放松。要时刻保持个人防护意识，支持配合防控措施，主动接种新冠病毒疫苗。

一、树立健康第一责任人意识。坚持勤洗手、戴口罩、常通风、少聚集、用公筷、分餐制等良好个人卫生习惯。一旦出现发热、干咳、乏力、鼻塞、流涕、咽痛、嗅觉味觉减退、结膜炎、肌痛和腹泻等症状，应及时按规范程序就诊，并主动告知 14 天活动轨迹及接触史。就医途中全程佩戴口罩，避免乘坐公共交通工具。

二、积极接种新冠病毒疫苗。接种疫苗是预防新冠肺炎最好的办法，有助于建立群体免疫屏障，减缓并最终阻断疾病流行，保护个人和家人的健康。请按照社区或单位安排，严格按照免疫程序，按时依次接种疫苗。

三、坚持非必须不出境、不去中高风险地区。有中高风险地区旅居史的人员，请配合落实 14 天（自离开中高风险地区之日起）的隔离医学观察。中高风险地区所在市的低风险地区来苏人员，应主动向社区报告，并配合做好核酸检测。

四、坚持常态化疫情防控措施。在商场、餐厅、酒店、影剧院、体育场等公共场所，积极配合戴口罩、验码测温、一米线等措施。乘坐公共交通工具、电梯，在医院就诊时，有发热或患呼吸道感染疾病的患者，以及医疗卫生、交通运输等行业高风险暴露人员，应正确佩戴口罩。

Latest Update on COVID-19 Cases in Jiangsu as of 24:00 August 3

Between 00:00 and 24:00 of August 3, 35 new confirmed local cases ( three reported by Nanjing; 32 reported by Yangzhou, including two previous asymptomatic carriers ) were reported in Jiangsu. 17 of them were mild cases and the other 18, moderate ones. Three new confirmed inbound cases and one inbound asymptomatic carrier were also reported. The above-mentioned cases were under isolated treatment at designated hospitals.

From July 20 on, 223 confirmed local cases ( 78 mild, 143 moderate, and two severe ones ) have been reported by Nanjing, and 126 confirmed local cases ( 43 mild, 79 moderate, two severe, and two critically severe ones ) have been reported by Yangzhou.

Details of each case were released by the prefecture-level cities concerned.

At present, 382 confirmed cases were under isolated treatment at designated hospitals, including 362 local cases ( 122 mild, 234 moderate, four severe, and two critically severe ones ) , and 16 asymptomatic carriers were under medical observation, including three local ones.

From January 22, 2020 to 24:00 of August 3, 2021, 1,126 confirmed COVID-19 cases ( including 132 inbound ones ) have been reported in Jiangsu cumulatively.

Experts note that: In light of the complex dynamics of the epidemic, we cannot loosen our efforts in COVID-19 prevention and control. It is advised that those who are suitable for COVID-19 shots should seek inoculation on top of personal protection routines as part of prevention and control efforts.

1. Act responsibly in COVID-19 control. Maintain good habits for health and take preventive measures. Wash your hands regularly, wear a mask, ventilate rooms more often, reduce unnecessary gatherings, use serving chopsticks and spoons, and dine separately. Seek medical treatment at a nearby fever clinic as soon as possible when symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, nasal congestion, nasal discharge, sore throat, reduced sense of smell and taste, conjunctivitis ( pink eye ) , muscle pain and diarrhea show and inform medical staff of your whereabouts and contact history over the previous 14 days. Keep the mask on and avoid using public transport when seeking treatment.

2. Seek inoculation. Inoculation is considered the most effective way against COVID-19. Vaccinating the population in an orderly fashion to build herd immunity serves to mitigate the pandemic ’ s impacts and end its spread, thus protecting your and your family ’ s health. Please take the vaccination on time and in order following the instructions of your community or employer as well as the inoculation procedures.

3. Avoid unnecessary trips to overseas areas and medium and high-risk regions. Those coming to Jiangsu from medium or high-risk regions should cooperate in conducting a 14-day ( starting from the date of departure from medium or high-risk regions ) medical quarantine in designated facilities. Those coming to Jiangsu from low-risk areas in cities of medium or high risk should inform their community upon arrival in Jiangsu and cooperate in conducting COVID-19 nucleic acid tests.

4. Maintain routine prevention and control. Keep the mask on, cooperate in checking body temperature and keep a one-meter distance with others when you are in public areas such as malls, restaurants, hotels, cinemas and sport stadiums. Properly wear your mask when taking the elevator, public transport and when going to hospitals where you may meet patients with fever or respiratory symptoms, and medical practitioners and transport practitioners in high-risk conditions should especially follow this rule.

8 月 3 日 0 時から24 時までの間、江蘇省内の新型コロナウイルス肺炎 ( COVID-19 ) 新規確定患者が35 人 ( それぞれ南京市から3 人；揚州市から32 人のうちの2 人は無症状の感染者から確定患者に転じた症例 ) と確認される。そのうち、軽症が17 人、中等症が18 人と確認されている。当日海外から入国した新規の確定患者が3 人、海外から入国した新規無症状の感染者は1 人という。以上の症例はすべて指定病院で隔離治療を受けている。 7 月 20 日から現在まで、南京市から報告を受けた地元の新型コロナウイルス肺炎の確定患者は223 人（そのうち軽症が78 人、中等症が143 人、重症が2 人）、揚州市から報告を受けた地元の新型コロナウィルス肺炎の確定患者は126 人（そのうち軽症が43 人、中等症が79 人、重症が2 人、重篤が2 人）と確定されている。症例の詳しい情報は関連する市が公表することになる。これまで指定病院で隔離治療を受けている確定患者は382 人のうち、地元の確定患者が362 人（軽症が122 人、中等症 234 人、重症が4 人、重篤が2 人）、なお、医学的観察を受けている無症状の感染者は16 人のうち、地元の無症状の感染者が3 人という。 2020 年 1 月 22 日から2021 年 8 月 3 日 24 時まで、江蘇省で新型コロナウイルス肺炎の確定患者は累計で1126 人（そのうち海外から入国した確定患者は132 人）と確認される。

専門家からの注意喚起は次の通りである：

当面、新型コロナウイルス感染状況が依然として複雑で深刻であり、予防・抑制に油断できない。引き続き感染症のことに気を引き締め、予防・抑制の措置に協力する上、自らワクチンの自主接種をする。

一、健康第一責任者意識を持つ。こまめに手を洗い、マスクをつけ、風通しがよく、集まりを控え、割り箸を使って、食事制などの良い個人衛生習慣を守ります。発熱、空咳、倦怠感、鼻詰まり、鼻水、のどの痛み、嗅覚・味覚の低下、結膜炎、筋肉痛、下痢などの症状が出たら、すぐ厳格な手順で受診し、14 日間の活動軌跡と接触履歴を知らせる。病院に行く場合、マスクを着用するうえ、公共交通機関の利用を控えること。

二、積極的にワクチンを接種する。ワクチンの接種が新型コロナウイルス感染症予防に最も効果的で、自分自身や家族、又は他人や社会に対しても最良の予防対策である。新型コロナウイルスワクチンの接種を通して高い接種率を維持し、集団免疫を獲得することこそ、拡大を食い止めることが実現できる。個人と社会の健康と安全のために、接種を受ける人はコミュニティーか勤務先の手配に従い、接種手順に基づき、時間と順番通りにワクチンの接種を受けること。

三、必要でない限り、海外及びハイ・ミドルリスク地域に行かないこと。ハイ・ミドルリスク地域に居住歴のある方は、14 日間 ( ハイ・ミドルリスク地域を離れた日より ) の隔離医学的観察に協力すること。ハイ・ミドルリスク地域からではないのに、その所在市のローリスク地域から来た人でも、コミュニティーに積極的に報告し、PCR 検査に協力すること。

四、常態化の予防・抑制措置を維持すること。ショッピングモール、レストラン、ホテル、映画館、体育館などの公共の場所では、マスクの着用し、検温・健康コードの確認、1メートルの社交距離などの対策に積極的に協力する。公共交通機関やエレベーターを利用する場合や、病院で受診する場合、発熱や呼吸器感染症の患者さんや、医療・交通・運輸業界などで露出リスクが高い人は、マスクを正しく着用すべきこと。
