现代快报讯 为了让在苏外国友人及时了解最新疫情发展情况，省外办联合现代快报，在中文疫情通报的基础上，推出英语、日语和韩语三个语种的疫情通报。今日通报如下：

3 月 21 日江苏无新增本地新冠肺炎确诊病例，新增境外输入确诊病例 2 例

3 月 21 日 0-24 时，江苏省新增境外输入新冠肺炎确诊病例 2 例，其中，苏州市报告 1 例（泰国输入），宿迁市报告 1 例（英国输入），累计报告境外输入确诊病例 2 例。

病例 1，现居苏州市，此前赴泰国培训，3 月 12 日自普吉岛出发至上海入境，乘朋友私家车回苏州进行居家隔离。18 日出现症状，由 120 救护车转运至医院隔离。21 日被苏州市确认为确诊病例（普通型）。

病例 2，现居宿迁市，在英国留学，3 月 18 日自伦敦出发，经新加坡入境广州，20 日由广州飞抵南京禄口机场，入关后即由宿迁市工作组送至宿迁市隔离点隔离观察。21 日出现症状，由 120 救护车转运至医院隔离。21 日被宿迁市确认为确诊病例（普通型）。

3 月 21 日 0-24 时，江苏省无新增本地新冠肺炎确诊病例。截至 3 月 21 日 24 时，累计报告本地确诊病例 631 例，累计出院 631 例。

目前，追踪到密切接触者 12676 人，已解除医学观察 12648 人，尚有 28 人正在接受医学观察。其中我省已追踪到的新增境外输入确诊病例的密切接触者均已集中隔离医学观察。

专家提醒：当前疫情防控进入了新的阶段，要把加强涉外疫情防控作为重中之重，统筹做好疫情防控相关工作，切实做到精准防控，推动正常生产生活秩序全面恢复。

为进一步防控境外疫情输入风险，请境外来苏返苏人员自觉按照相关规定，如实履行健康申报、行程史填报等信息报告责任，并登录 " 苏康码 " 等平台进行健康申报。请有涉外疫情防控重点国家旅行或居住史的所有中外人员，按照江苏省人民政府外事办公室相关通告规定执行。境外来苏返苏人员如有发热、咳嗽等症状，请尽快到定点发热门诊就诊，并主动告知前 2 周生活轨迹。

每个人是自己健康的第一责任人。请公众继续保持防范意识，养成良好的卫生习惯，比如勤洗手、多通风，注意咳嗽礼仪等。全社会要共同参与爱国卫生运动，公众应增强科学防疫意识，养成健康生活方式。

March 22 Update: No New Confirmed LocalCase Reported in Jiangsu but Two Imported Cases

Between 00:00 and 24:00, March 21,two confirmed importedcases of COVID-19 were reported in Jiangsu, one in Suzhou ( imported from Thailand ) and the other in Suqian ( imported from the UK ) . Two imported cases have been reported so far accumulatively.

Case 1 is a native of Suzhou who went to Thailand for training. The patient left Phuket and entered Shanghai on March 12 before taking a friend ’ s private car to home for quarantine. On March 18, the patient was transferred to hospital in an ambulance after symptoms occurred. On march 21, the patient was diagnosed with COVID-19 as a moderate case.

Case 2 is a native of Suqian studying abroad in the UK. On March 18, the patient left London and entered Guangzhou via Singapore. On March 20, the patient flew to Nanjing Lukou International Airport from Guangzhou. The patient was sent by the Suqian Working Group to a designated quarantine site in Suqian upon customs clearance. On March 21, the patient was transferred to hospital in an ambulance after symptoms occurred and diagnosed with COVID-19 as a moderate case.

Between 00:00 and 24:00 March 21, no new confirmed local case was reported in Jiangsu. As of 24:00, March 21, 631 local cases have been reported in Jiangsu accumulatively, and 631 cases have been discharged from hospital in cumulative terms.

Of the traced 12,676 close contacts, 28 are still under medical quarantine and 12,648 have been released.Among others, all traced close contacts of imported cases have been put under centralized quarantine.

Experts note that at the current new stage of pandemic control, it is necessary to take prevention of imported cases as the top priority and advance prevention in a coordinated manner. Concrete measures for targeted control should be adopted while promoting full resumption of normal order of production and life.

To further minimize the risk of importing cases, all Jiangsu-bound travelers should comply with relevant regulations, fulfil their responsibilities by truthfully declaring their health conditions and travel histories, and make health declaration via "Jiangsu Health Code". All those who have travelled to or lived in "key countries under surveillance" coming to Jiangsu shouldfollow the regulations released via notices by the Foreign Affairs Office of Jiangsu Provincial People ’ s Government. Those who visited or returned to Jiangsu from abroad should seek treatment at designated fever clinics at soon as possible,if symptoms such as fever and cough occur, and report their whereabouts in the previous two weeks

Everybody bears the primary responsibility for their own health.The public is advised to keep precautions in place; develop good hygiene habits including washing hands and ventilating homes and offices frequently; and follow proper cough etiquette.The whole society should be involved in the national campaign for sanitation while the public should increase their awareness of science-based pandemic control and develop a healthy lifestyle.

Different population groups should follow the precautionary recommendations and tips included in theGuidelines on the Proper Use of Masks by the Public, and wear a mask in the right way at different sites and under various circumstances. This will both protect themselves and benefit public health.

2020 年 3 月 21 日 0 時から24 時までの間、江蘇省で新型コロナウイルス肺炎 ( COVID-19 ) 海外からの流入新規患者数が2 人で、そのうち、蘇州市が1 人（タイから入国）、宿遷市が1 人（イギリスから入国）という。

症例１、蘇州市在住、タイで研修を受けていた。3 月 12 日タイのプーケット島を出発、上海に到着後、友人の車で蘇州市にある自宅まで移動し、自宅隔離観察を始めた。18 日に症状が現れ、120 救急車で指定医療機関に搬送され、検査を受けていた。21 日に蘇州市の確定症例（一般症例）だと診断された。

症例 2、宿遷市在住、イギリスに留学中、3 月 18 日にイギリスのロンドンを出発、シンガポールを経て、中国広州で入国、20 日に南京禄口空港に到着後、直ちに宿遷市政府より宿遷市隔離専用ホテルまで移動され、集中隔離観察を行い、21 日に症状が現れ、120 救急車で指定医療機関に搬送され、検査を受けた。21 日に宿遷市の確定症例（一般症例）だと診断された。

3 月 21 日 0 時から24 時までの間、江蘇省内で新型コロナウイルス肺炎 ( COVID-19 ) 新規患者数がゼロであるという。3 月 21 日 24 時までの時点で、江蘇省では新型コロナウイルス肺炎の患者数は計 631 人と確認され、完治退院した人が631 人であるという。

これまで江蘇省では12676 人の濃厚接触者が確認されたうち、12648 人が健康観察から解除された一方、28 人が医学的観察を受けているところだという。追跡判明されたそれぞれの濃厚接触者はいずれも集中隔離観察が実施されている。

専門家からの注意喚起は次の通りである。現在、疫病の予防・抑制は新たな段階に入り、海外からの流入症例を抑制することは最優先事項となり、疫病予防・抑制に対する措置を強化し、各方面での予防・抑制活動をしっかり実行し、日常な生活・生産環境を全面的に回復するように努める。

海外からの流入症例を抑制するため、江蘇省への渡航者は自主的に疫病予防と抑制の関連規制を厳守し、健康状況や旅行歴などの関連情報を如実に報告してください。「蘇康コード」などのプラットフォームに登録して健康状況を申告してください。感染状況の厳しい重点国での旅行歴・滞在歴がある入国者は江蘇省人民政府外事弁公室の関連規制を厳守してください。江蘇省への渡航者は発熱・空咳など症状が出た場合、直ちに指定発熱外来医療機関へ受診してくださる上、自主的に前の2 週間内のスケジュールを報告してください。

ご自身は自己保護の第一責任者である。引き続き普段からの個人的な予防対策が求められる。常に感染予防意識で良好な衛生習慣に心がけること。具体的には、マスクの着用、こまめな手洗い、日常の換気、咳エチケット等。全民から積極的に衛生面の活動に取り組み、科学的な感染予防・抑制意識を高め、健康な生活のスタイルを作ろう。
