现代快报讯（记者 卢河燕）为了让在苏外国友人及时了解最新疫情发展情况，江苏省外办联合现代快报，在中文疫情通报的基础上，推出英语、日语和韩语三个语种的疫情通报。今日通报如下：

7 月 15 日 0-24 时，江苏新增境外输入确诊病例 2 例（其中 1 例为无症状感染者转为确诊病例，菲律宾输入，在扬州市定点医院治疗；1 例为俄罗斯输入，在南京市定点医院治疗）。截至 7 月 15 日 24 时，全省累计报告确诊病例 750 例（其中境外输入 118 例），除 1 例本土（境外输入关联）确诊病例和 11 例境外输入确诊病例在定点医院隔离治疗外，其余均已出院。当日新增境外输入无症状感染者 1 例。截至 7 月 15 日 24 时，正在集中隔离和医学管理的无症状感染者 25 例。目前，全省追踪到确诊病例和无症状感染者的密切接触者 20526 人，已解除医学观察 20074 人，尚有 452 人正在接受医学观察。

最新疫情风险等级提醒 全国现有 1 个高风险地区：云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州（1 个）：瑞丽市姐告国门社区。境外（除澳门为低风险外）仍全部为高风险地区。

专家提醒：当前全球疫情仍呈现高位流行态势，境外疫情输入风险和压力持续存在，国内仍出现本土新冠肺炎确诊病例，疫情防控不能放松。要继续做好个人防护，主动接种新冠病毒疫苗，巩固疫情防控成果。

一、树立健康第一责任人意识。坚持勤洗手、戴口罩、常通风、少聚集、用公筷、分餐制等良好个人卫生习惯。一旦出现发热、干咳、乏力等症状，应立即到就近的发热门诊就诊，并主动告知 14 天活动轨迹及接触史。就医途中全程佩戴口罩，避免乘坐公共交通工具。

二、积极接种新冠病毒疫苗。接种疫苗是预防新冠肺炎最好的办法，有助于建立群体免疫屏障，减缓并最终阻断疾病流行，保护个人和家人的健康。请按照社区或单位安排，严格按照免疫程序，按时依次接种疫苗。

三、坚持非必须不出境、不去中高风险地区。有中高风险地区旅居史的人员，请配合落实 14 天（自离开中高风险地区之日起）的隔离医学观察。中高风险地区所在市的低风险地区来苏人员，应主动向社区报告，并配合做好核酸检测。

四、坚持常态化疫情防控措施。在商场、餐厅、酒店、影剧院、体育场等公共场所，积极配合戴口罩、验码测温、一米线等措施。乘坐公共交通工具、电梯，在医院就诊时，有发热或患呼吸道感染疾病的患者，以及医疗卫生、交通运输等行业高风险暴露人员，应正确佩戴口罩。

July 16 Update: Two New Inbound Confirmed Cases Reported in Jiangsu Between 00:00 and 24:00, July 15, two new inbound confirmed cases of COVID-19 ( one previously asymptomatic carrier from the Philippines and now under treatment at a designated hospital in Yangzhou, and one from Russia and now under treatment at a designated hospital in Nanjing ) were reported in Jiangsu. As of 24:00 of the day, 750 confirmed cases ( including 118 inbound ones ) have been reported in Jiangsu cumulatively, and all have been discharged from hospitals except one local ( related to a previous inbound confirmed case ) and 11 inbound ones, which were still under isolated treatment at designated hospitals.

On July 15, one new asymptomatic carrier from outside the Chinese mainland was reported in Jiangsu. As of 24:00 of the day, 25 asymptomatic cases were under medical supervision in isolation at designated hospitals.

So far, 20,526 close contacts with confirmed cases and asymptomatic carriers have been traced in Jiangsu, 20,074 of whom have been discharged and 452 are still under medical observation.

The latest update on COVID-19 risk levels: There is one high-risk area in the Chinese mainland: Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province ( 1 ) : Jiegao Guomen Community, Ruili City

All regions outside the Chinese mainland ( except Macao, which was at low risk level ) remained high-risk areas.

Experts note that: At the moment, the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the globe has been on the rise and there remains the possibility of worsening pandemic situation overseas and inbound cases to China. New confirmed cases are still reported in the Chinese mainland. Therefore, we cannot loosen our efforts in containing COVID-19. It is strongly advised that those qualified for COVID-19 shots should get vaccinated proactively, along with personal protection routines, as part of the step to consolidate the outcomes of containing the virus.

1. Act responsibly in COVID-19 control. Maintain good habits for health and take preventive measures. Wash your hands regularly, wear a mask, ventilate rooms more often, reduce unnecessary gatherings, use serving chopsticks and spoons, and dine separately. Seek medical treatment at a nearby fever clinic as soon as possible when symptoms such as fever, dry cough, and fatigue show and inform medical staff of your whereabouts and contact history over the previous 14 days. Keep the mask on and avoid using public transport when seeking treatment.

2. Seek inoculation. Inoculation is considered the most effective way against COVID-19. Vaccinating the population in an orderly fashion to build herd immunity serves to mitigate the pandemic ’ s impacts and end its spread. For the health and safety of yourself and the whole society, each individual is encouraged to take the vaccination. Please take the vaccination on time and in order following the instructions of your community or employer as well as the inoculation procedures.

3. Avoid unnecessary trips to overseas areas and medium and high-risk regions. Those coming to Jiangsu from medium or high-risk regions should cooperate in conducting a 14-day ( starting from the date of departure from medium or high-risk regions ) medical quarantine in designated facilities. Those coming to Jiangsu from low-risk areas in cities of medium or high risk should inform their community upon arrival in Jiangsu and cooperate in conducting COVID-19 nucleic acid tests.

4. Maintain routine prevention and control. Keep the mask on, cooperate in checking body temperature and keep a one-meter distance with others when you are in public areas such as malls, restaurants, hotels, cinemas and sport stadiums. Properly wear your mask when taking the elevator, public transport and when going to hospitals where you may meet patients with fever or respiratory symptoms, and medical practitioners and transport practitioners in high-risk conditions should especially follow this rule.

7 月 15 日 0 時から24 時までの間、江蘇省で海外から入国した新型コロナウイルス肺炎 ( COVID-19 ) 新規確定感染者が2 人（そのうちの１人は無症状の感染者から確定患者に転じた症例で、フィリピンから入国し、揚州市の指定病院で治療を受けている患者；もう1 人はロシアから入国し、南京市の指定病院で治療を受けている患者）と確認される。7 月 15 日 24 時現在、江蘇省では確定感染者数は累計 750 人（そのうち海外からの入国感染者が118 人）、指定病院で隔離治療を受けている江蘇省内の確定感染者 1 人 ( 海外から入国した感染者の関連症例 ) と海外からの入国感染者の11 人を除いて、すべての感染者はすでに退院したという。

当日海外から入国した新規の無症状の感染者は１人と確認されている。7 月 15 日 24 時現在、集中隔離と医学的管理を受けている無症状の感染者は25 人となるという。

これまで江蘇省では確定感染者・無症状の感染者との濃厚接触者が20526 人と確認されたうち、20074 人が医学的観察から解除された一方、452 人が医学的観察を受けているところだという。

最新の感染リスクレベル注意全国域内にハイリスク地域が1つある：雲南省徳宏タイ族チンポー族自治州 ( 1つ ) ：瑞麗市姐告国門コミュニティー。

中国大陸部以外の地域（ローリスクであるマカオ特別行政区を除く）全域は依然としてハイリスク地域である。

専門家からの注意喚起は次の通りである：

当面、全世界の新型コロナウイルス感染状況が依然としてハイレベルで広がっている中、海外からの入国感染者と感染される圧力が引き続き存在し、国内でも地元感染者が出ているため、予防・抑制に油断できない。引き続き感染症のことに気を引き締め、ワクチンの自主接種の上、感染症防止成果を強固にする。

一、健康第一責任者意識を持つ。こまめに手を洗い、マスクをつけ、風通しがよく、集まりを控え、割り箸を使って、食事制などの良い個人衛生習慣を守ります。発熱、空咳、脱力などの症状が出たら、すぐ近くの発熱外来を受診し、14 日間の活動軌跡と接触履歴を知らせる。病院に行く場合、マスクを着用するうえ、公共交通機関の利用を控えること。

二、積極的にワクチンを接種する。ワクチンの接種が新型コロナウイルス感染症予防に最も効果的で、自分自身や家族、又は他人や社会に対しても最良の予防対策である。新型コロナウイルスワクチンの接種を通して高い接種率を維持し、集団免疫を獲得することこそ、拡大を食い止めることが実現できる。個人と社会の健康と安全のために、接種を受ける人はコミュニティか勤務先の手配に従い、接種手順に基づき、時間と順番通りにワクチンの接種を受けること。

三、必要でない限り、海外及びハイ・ミドルリスク地域に行かないこと。ハイ・ミドルリスク地域に居住歴のある方は、14 日間 ( ハイ・ミドルリスク地域を離れた日より ) の隔離医学的観察に協力すること。ハイ・ミドルリスク地域からではないのに、その所在市のローリスク地域から来た人でも、コミュニティに積極的に報告し、PCR 検査に協力すること。

四、常態化の予防・抑制措置を維持すること。ショッピングモール、レストラン、ホテル、映画館、体育館などの公共の場所では、マスクの着用し、検温・健康コードの確認、1メートルの社交距離などの対策に積極的に協力する。公共交通機関やエレベーターを利用する場合や、病院で受診する場合、発熱や呼吸器感染症の患者さんや、医療・交通・運輸業界などで露出リスクが高い人は、マスクを正しく着用すべきこと。
