On 23 July 2026, Jack Technology Co., Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary bullmer, formally completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Comelz S.p.A. in Milan, Italy. Comelz has since become an important member of Jack Technology ’ s global footprint.

Founded in 1943, Comelz specialises in the cutting and processing of leather goods for footwear, bags and automotive interiors. Boasting world-leading AI leather defect detection and high-efficiency nesting utilisation technologies, it has long underpinned the manufacturing competitiveness of top European luxury brands.
