The role focuses on training Grok to better understand Chinese. Candidates are expected to be proficient in standard Mandarin and capable of handling regional dialects as well as mixed Chinese-English expressions. Applicants must possess native-level Chinese proficiency, English skills at B2 level or above, and strong listening and transcription abilities.

The position is open to candidates globally and supports remote work. Full-time, part-time, and contractor arrangements are available. Contractors are not required to work fixed hours and need only commit at least 10 hours per week.

For US-based hires, the hourly pay ranges from $35 to $45, while compensation for international candidates will be determined separately.
