Lululemon Athletica Inc .s Chief Strategy Officer Rachel Acheson left the company about a month before new Chief Executive Officer Heidi ONeill is set to take over the retailer, according to a person familiar who asked not to be named discussing confidential matters.

Acheson worked at the company more than 14 years, with her most recent role including charting the long term future of Lululemon, according to her LinkedIn profile .
