预计还是 EGFR 等相关 IP 纠纷案子。石药集团和乐普生物的 EGFR 单抗均来源于早年的津曼特（JMT-Bio）的 JMT101。当然，几方海外官司也在进行中。

CPO301 ( SYS6010 ) is an EGFR-targeted ADC utilizing JMT101 antibody from CSPC ’ s JMT-Bio division. A cross-border patent dispute with Lepu Biopharma ’ s Miracogen subsidiary is pending before the U.S. PTAB. Lepu ’ s MRG003 ADC shares the identical JMT101 antibody backbone under an old 2015 limited license, yet Lepu obtained a broad U.S. patent covering all JMT101-based EGFR ADC constructs. CSPC filed inter partes review in March 2025 to invalidate US10,792,370, citing prior art of the JMT101 antibody and lack of inventive step for generic ADC linker-payload combinations attached to a known mAb scaffold.
